Avocado Greens Smoothie

            


      A perfect green smoothie  for the summer that quench your thirst with all the goodness of avocados, bananas, apples and greens. The addition of avocados and almond milk really gives a smooth and creamy consistency to this smoothie and  a bit of vanilla essence kicks up all the flavors. Hence,  you wont even feel like you are drinking a normal green smoothie. 


 Ingredients
  • Avocado - 1 diced
  • Spinach - 1 cup
  • Banana - 1/2 cup sliced
  • Apple - 1/2 cup diced
  • Almond milk -1.5 cup
  • Vanilla Essence  1 tsp
  • Honey - as needed (optional)
  • Banana - 1
  • Crushed ice 


Method
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth consistency.
  2. Pour in a glass and enjoy.
Notes
  • You can replace almond milk with plain water.
  • If you want the smoothie to be more sweet , you can add honey as a healthier option in place of sugar.
