Mango Rose Lassi
"Mango Rose Lassi" - a perfect Indian yogurt drink for every mango lover. It is actually a thick mango thirst quencher made from fresh mangoes, chilled water/milk, yogurt and sugar flavored with rose essence and cardamom.
Ingredients
- Mango - 2 big
- Chilled water - 1 cup
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Sugar - as needed
- Cardamom powder - a pinch
- Rose essence - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Pistachios
- Dried edible rose petals - for garnishing
Method
- Peel the mangoes and cut to cubes
- In a blender add mango cubes, sugar and chilled water to a smooth consistency.
- Add rose essence , cardamom and thick yogurt and blend well.
- Adjust sugar if needed.
- Pour to a serving glass.
- Garnish with chopped Pistachios and dried edible rose petals.
