Mango Rose Lassi

 

            
                   

      "Mango Rose Lassi" - a perfect Indian yogurt drink for every mango lover. It is actually a  thick mango thirst quencher  made from fresh mangoes, chilled water/milk, yogurt  and sugar  flavored with rose essence and cardamom.
                        

Ingredients
  1. Mango - 2 big
  2. Chilled water - 1 cup
  3. Yogurt - 1 cup
  4. Sugar - as needed
  5. Cardamom powder - a pinch
  6. Rose essence - 1/2 tsp
  7. Chopped  Pistachios
  8. Dried edible rose petals - for garnishing

 Method
  1. Peel the mangoes and cut to cubes
  2. In a blender add   mango cubes, sugar and chilled water to a smooth consistency.
  3. Add rose essence , cardamom and thick yogurt and blend well.
  4. Adjust sugar if needed.
  5. Pour to  a serving glass.
  6. Garnish with chopped  Pistachios and dried edible rose petals.
