Carrot Raita





Ingredients
  1. Carrot - 1 large (Finely grated)
  2. Onion - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
  3. Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped
  4. Coriander Leaves - few chopped
  5. Thick Curd - 1 cup
  6.  Salt - To Taste

To splutter
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Hing - 1 pinch



Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients numbered 1 to 6.
  2. Heat a pan.Add oil and splutter mustard , urad dal and hing.
  3. Pour over raita.
  4. Serve  with biryani or pulao.
