Carrot Raita
- Carrot - 1 large (Finely grated)
- Onion - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
- Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped
- Coriander Leaves - few chopped
- Thick Curd - 1 cup
- Salt - To Taste
To splutter
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Hing - 1 pinch
Method
- Mix all the ingredients numbered 1 to 6.
- Heat a pan.Add oil and splutter mustard , urad dal and hing.
- Pour over raita.
- Serve with biryani or pulao.
