Puli Chammanthi

Method
------------
- Coconut - 1.5 cup
- Red Chilli Powder - 1.5 tsp
- Tamarind - 1 small gooeseberry size
- Curry Leaves few
- Ginger - 1/4 inch piece chopped
- Pearl Onion -2 nos
- Salt - as needed
- Water - 1 tsp (to sprinkle)
Method
------------
- Put all ingredients in the small jar of a mixer
- Sprinkle water and grind coarse.
- Last add fresh curry leaves and give a final blend
- Take out to a plate and mix well using hands to make round ball shape.
- Serve with kanji , nadan kuthari choru or dosa.
