Egg Fried Rice





Ingredients

  • Basmati rice -1 cup
  • Boiling Water -2 cups
  • Vegetables Chopped - 1 cup (onions, carrot, beans, capsicum)
  • Celery chopped
  • Spring onion - chopped
  • Garlic chopped - 1tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder -1 tsp
  • Eggs- 3 
  • Salt To Taste



Method

  1. Soak  rice in water for half an hour and drain .
  2. Cook rice with enough salt by adding boiling water .
  3. Scramble the eggs adding little salt and pepper and keep aside.
  4. Heat a pan in high flame and add oil .
  5. Saute the veggies , garlic, celery and spring onion. and scrambled eggs
  6. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper powder.
  7. Garnish with chopped celery and spring onion.
  8. Serve  hot with any veg or non veg curry.
