Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients

- Basmati rice -1 cup
- Boiling Water -2 cups
- Vegetables Chopped - 1 cup (onions, carrot, beans, capsicum)
- Celery chopped
- Spring onion - chopped
- Garlic chopped - 1tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Pepper Powder -1 tsp
- Eggs- 3
- Salt To Taste
Method

- Soak rice in water for half an hour and drain .
- Cook rice with enough salt by adding boiling water .
- Scramble the eggs adding little salt and pepper and keep aside.
- Heat a pan in high flame and add oil .
- Saute the veggies , garlic, celery and spring onion. and scrambled eggs
- Add soy sauce, salt and pepper powder.
- Garnish with chopped celery and spring onion.
- Serve hot with any veg or non veg curry.
