Hummus
Ingredients

- Cooked chickpeas - 1 cup
- Tahini - 2 tbsp (Refer for recipe at :Tahini )
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive oil- 1/4 cup
- Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice- 11/2 tbsp
- Curd - 1 tsp (optional)
- Salt - to taste

- In a grinder and grind chickpeas and garlic followed by tahini, lemon juice, salt, cumin powder and olive oil to form a nice smooth paste.
- Serve on a plate topped with olive oil and chopped parsley leaves.
- Tastes best with pita bread
