Easy Palpayasam






Ingredients

  • Milk - 4 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Unakkalari (Payasam Rice ) - 1/4 cup

Method
------------
  1. Wash and clean rice and drain it.
  2. To a pressure cooker add milk, rice sugar 
  3. Close lid and keep on high flame.
  4. When the air comes reduce flame to minimum and put on weight 
  5. Keep for 25 mins and switch off
  6. Keep aside undisturbed for 1 to 2 hrs
  7. Open lid and serve warm or cool.
