- Raw plantain -1
 - Green chilli -1
 - Pearl onion -2
 - Grated coconut -2 tbsp
 - Curry Leaves
 - Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
 - Oil- 1 tsp
 - Salt - To taste
 - Water
 
To Grind (Coarse)

- Coconut - 1/4 cup
 - Shallot -2 nos
 - Jeera (Cumin) -1 pinch
 - Salt - 1 pinch
 
Method
------------
- Cut raw plantain to very small pieces and soak in water for 10 minutes.
 - Cook with salt, turmeric powder, green chilli adding enough water.
 - In a pan add oil. Splutter mustard seeds and add the red chilli and curry leaves.
 - Add cooked raw plantain and saute
 - Add coconut mixture.
 - Stir in between. Serve hot.
