Chicken Drumstick Fry
Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks - 4
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder -1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Crushed Pepper - 1 tsp
- Cornflour - 1tbsp
- Oil
Method
- Clean chicken drumsticks well. Drain and pat dry with a paper towel..
- Mix the ingredients numbered 2 to 10 to a smooth paste.
- Marinate the chicken legs with the above paste and keep it for atleast for 2 hrs.(
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken drumsticks till all sides are evenly browned.
- Serve hot with salad, rice, chapathi, porotta or ghee rice.
Notes
- For best results keep the marinated chicken refrigerated overnight.
