Chicken Drumstick Fry

 

Ingredients
  1. Chicken drumsticks - 4
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp
  4. Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  6. Garam Masala Powder -1/4 tsp
  7. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  8. Salt - To Taste
  9. Crushed Pepper - 1 tsp
  10. Cornflour - 1tbsp
  11. Oil 


Method
  1. Clean chicken drumsticks well. Drain and pat dry with a paper towel..
  2. Mix the ingredients numbered 2 to  10 to a smooth  paste.
  3. Marinate the chicken legs with the above paste and keep it for  atleast for 2 hrs.(
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken drumsticks till all sides are evenly browned.
  5. Serve hot with  salad, rice, chapathi, porotta or ghee rice.


Notes
  1. For best results keep the marinated chicken  refrigerated overnight.
