Tahini
Ingredients

- White sesame seeds - 1 cup
- Olive oil- 1/4 cup
- Salt - to taste
Method

- In a pan dry roast sesame seeds till a nice aroma comes and oil starts appearing on them.
- Switch off the flame and allow to cool.
- Once it is cooled, transfer it to a grinder and grind to a fine paste along with olive oila nd salt.
- Transfer to an air tight glass jar.
- this can be preserved for 1 month.
