Tahini


Ingredients

  • White sesame seeds - 1 cup
  • Olive oil- 1/4 cup
  • Salt - to taste
Method
-------------

  1. In a pan dry roast sesame seeds till a nice aroma comes and oil starts appearing on them.
  2. Switch off the flame and allow to cool.
  3. Once it is cooled, transfer it to a grinder and grind to a fine paste along with olive oila nd salt.
  4. Transfer to an air tight glass jar.
  5. this can be preserved for 1 month.
