Ingredients

  • Vellarikka (Dosekai) - 1 cup (cubed)
  • Cooked Red beans (VanPayar) - 1/4 cup
  • Thick coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Coconut oil - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Salt




Method
-------------

  1. In a heated pan add vellarikka, green chilli, salt, curry leaves and water.
  2. Cover the lid and cook till vellarikka is done.
  3. Add cooked red beans and cook for 2 more mins.
  4. Reduce the flame and add thick coconut milk.
  5. Switch off and add coconut oil and fresh curry leaves.
